I think I have to practice more. Haha. This is one of your favorites. I can’t be a part or play a part of all your favorites. But this one, I can. So I’m doing it. And I love it too. So now I see why you love it so much. I had a great time cooking this (and quite a long time too!! LOL). Somehow, cooking this dish made me feel closer… to making the sky blue, just like the way we both want it.

I think I told you this before…that you will never lose this special ability to surprise me. Today, you just did it again. I know you mentioned a few times that you would prepare this dish…since you held the recipe.
